Dispatch and Shipping
Shipping to Mainland UK is £2.95 no matter how large the order. Expedited delivery may be arranged by phone at an additional cost.
Items are generally posted via Royal Mail Second Class and will be dispatched as promptly as possible and usually within two days. Delivery will usually be within 4-5 working days.
Alternatively a 48hr courier option may be arranged and the order will be dispatched by Yodel. If you require this service please phone on 01603 621959 to check availability.
Please note, orders placed Friday through Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Cancellations and Returns
 Orders may be cancelled, before dispatch, by email or phone to langleyshelp@gmail.com/ 01603621959 and any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after dispatch, a return may requested as below. 

 It is the policy of Langleys to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. If there is a problem or if you wish to return the item please contact us by phone, email, or post detailing your order number and the nature of the problem or the reason for return.
 If the product has been delivered in a damaged condition or was defective when dispatched, it may be returned, within a reasonable time, for a refund or replacement. On receipt, the returned item will be checked and a refund processed, a replacement dispatched, or other appropriate action taken, as agreed.
 If you wish to return an item for other reasons you must let us know within 14 days so we can authorise the return. The item must then be returned to us in good re-sellable condition. On receipt the item will be checked before a refund is processed. The customer is responsible for return postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit Card Security
As all credit/debit card payments are made through Sage Pay or Paypal, we do not hold any customers' card details.
To assist with the prevention of on-line credit card fraud, Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CV2) is used as part of the payment processing procedure.

Privacy Policy
Langleys Toys do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.  Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:
    a. Take and fulfill customer orders
    b. Administer and enhance the site and service
    c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Minimum Age Policy
 We do not offer for purchase online items which are age restricted.
